These exercises are very simple and requirea little physical effort. These exercises have very good and beneficial effects on the different systems of the body. They can be done by persons of all ages (young, old and children above the age of 12 years) and cannot harm even the physically weak. These exercises are very simple and exerciseeach and every part of the body. If done regularly, they result in better blood circulation, flexibility and high levels of energy. This contain various exercises:
Simple Breathing Exercises:To develop the mind, will power, memory and intellect.
Eye Exercises: To improve the eyesight. Also improves concentration.
Neck Exercises: Strengthening the neck. It Relieves mental tension and neck pain.
Shoulders and Arms Exercises: Stretching the shoulder blades and joints, arms and hands etc. Strengthen the shoulder muscles. Help to ease out the frozen shoulder and good exercise for elbows, wrist, neck and facial muscles.
Chest Exercises: To develop the strength of lungs and the chest. Also strengthens the respiratory systems.
Stomach Exercises: To strengthen & develop the abdominal muscles. Helpsin controllingconstipation,diabetes and problems of the reproductive systems. Those who have ulcer should avoid.
Spinal Exercises: To develop the strength of the back, spine etc. Makes spine supple & flexible. Removes backache/pain.
Knee Exercises: To develop the strength of knees. Helps in joint pain and arthritis.
Thigh Exercises: To develop the strength of thighs and good for stomach & spine.
Ankles, Toes and Calf Exercises: Good for knees, calves, ankles and toes, also relieves pain. Helps in varicose veins and arthritis.
